Through our fiscal sponsorship as an Oregon non-profit corporation, every dollar you contribute directly funds property acquisition, building development, and the launch of our initial social enterprise engine, Tectonic. Every one-time contribution directly injects immediate liquidity into our development fund, allowing us to hit critical construction, permitting, and property acquisition milestones without delay.   • $50 Contribution: Directly offsets raw material costs and licensing pipelines for development of Tectonic.

  • $100 Contribution: Funds specialized fixture and structural build-out elements for Tectonic infrastructure.

  • $250 Contribution: Underwrites crucial architectural, mechanical, and safety permitting fees to clear the venue for opening.
